From long/beautiful hair to lopsided Willy Wonka! Honesty, Professionalism, and Respect are always the best policy! I walked in & was immediately checked in by Krystal. I asked for a ?long bob?, and Krystal was well aware that she did not know how to do one. I allowed her positivity to draw me into her chair. I was willing to give this woman a head to practice on, and this was the moment for her to watch a quick YouTube tutorial on how to do a ?long bob?, gather the appropriate tools for the job, come back calm & ready to deliver. ?? She could?ve done THAT, OR persistently state ?I don?t know how to do this type of haircut. No one here knows how to do a ?long bob?, so I recommend you go elsewhere?. Working under extreme levels of stress, she almost had tears in her eyes upon seeing the results of her work. She spent more than an hr. chopping away at my hair, and no one in management stepped in to stop her or offer to take over. The experience she provided was so stressful and unprofessional, that she was sent home by the end of my haircut. I ended up paying $20 for the haircut, but gave her a large tip because I felt bad that she was sent home. Sitting in Krystal?s chair, I was prepared to have my hair chopped off, and truly wished she understood I was giving her hair to practice on. I closed my eyes and mid-cut I looked up to see the ?Willy Wonka? hair I was expecting. ? I didn?t care, and closed my eyes to pray for the strength not to blow up on her. Long story short, whether you are male or female, do not let Krystal cut your hair. ? I tried my hardest to remain calm, and still treat her with compassion and respect. Sitting in her chair was my choice, but now I?ll have to suffer looking like Dora the Explorer for the next few years. I returned the next day and was rudely greeted by Krystal as she was too afraid to admit she had cut my hair around potential clients in the reception area. That?s when I asked to speak to a manager, Maria, who politely offered a refund. Maria, the manager admitted ?[That?s] not a very nice haircut?. She refunded the $20 which made up for the gas I spent driving around Tulare/Visalia looking for an honest professional to fix my hair. (I drove around for 3.5-4 hrs.) Once again, I don?t care about the $20 that I paid for the cut. I hope Krystal never allows herself to cut a person?s hair if she doesn?t know how to do the cut. (Not all customers have the mindset that hair is just hair & will grow back, and some people have sued for such mistakes.) Although Krystal initially displayed positivity, it all went down the drain when it came down to taking responsibility for ruining my hair. She never apologized or offered a refund. I hope Krystal reads this, and that it motivates her to practice A LOT more, and never put a customer through such a horrible & uncomfortable situation. Thankfully I have the patience to grow my hair out for another 4-5 years to have the length I once had. (AlI I wanted was something similar to the last photo.) 5 stars because I feel sorry for this place & want to help their rating % go up ?? NEVER AGAIN.

Honesty, Professionalism, Love, Compassion, and Respect are always the best policy! 5 stars for Krystal?s customer/human connection. The quality of her work ethic is seen in the photo. Much Love for Krystal, the woman that cut my hair.?
